Best Ever Pancakes

1 ½ C. Flour
3 ½ Tsp. Baking powder
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. White sugar
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 ¼ C. Milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 ½ Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 dark chocolate chips (optional. may substitute for blueberries, regular chocolate chips, etc.)



Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl. Be sure to mix well. Add milk, egg, butter, and lemon juice. Whisk until all dry ingredients have mixed with wet ingredients and forms a soupy like mixture. Turn frying pan to medium heat. Put batter into a 1/2 C. for easy/accurate pouring and slowly pour onto pan. Flip when batter begins to bubble, or until you notice the outer edges have cooked through, about three minutes per side. Serve with butter or syrup.
