Caramelized Pear, Onion & Walnut Pizza

I made this pizza off of the California Pizza Kitchen one that I loved so much. For not having a recipe to go off of, this turned out amazing!

For the Sauce:
5 Tbsp. Plain Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Oregano
2 Tsp. Parsley, dried
1 1/2 Tsp. Garlic, Minced
1 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Mix together yogurt, Dijon mustard and lemon juice until there are no clumps. Add remaining ingredients and mix well once again. Refrigerate until needed.

For the Toppings:
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 Yellow Onion, Chopped
1/2 Pear, Sliced
2 Tbsp. Walnuts
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 C. Feta Cheese
Baby Arugula
1-2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Melt butter on Medium heat on stove in small skillet pan. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes before adding the pears and walnuts. Cook for another 2 minutes and add salt and sugar. Mix well. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes before removing from stove and setting aside.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Use 1/4 total dough mixture from my "Wisconsin Lover's Pizza" recipe and  thoroughly spread on pizza pan. Cook in oven for ten minutes and remove. Cover with sauce, Mozzarella cheese and Feta cheese. Then, arrange pears, onions and walnuts on evenly. Place back in oven for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle parsley and baby arugula over the entire pizza. Enjoy!
