Baked King Crab Legs with Drawn Butter

For the Crab Legs:
2 lbs. King Crab Legs
4 Tbsp. Butter
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Dried Parsley
Paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place crab legs on oven safe pan and set aside. Heat in sauce pan butter and garlic on medium low heat. Add lime juice and lemon juice and cook for about 4 minutes. Add olive oil and cook for another 3 minutes. Pour over crab legs. Sprinkle gently with salt, parsley and paprika. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Serve with drawn butter (recipe as follows).

For the Drawn Butter:
1/4 C. Butter (1/2 Stick)

Heat the butter in a sauce pan at medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Set aside and let settle. The milk solids will separate from the butter. Skim off the milk solids and pour the drawn butter into a small dish or ramekin and serve with crab legs.
