Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi

Pepper
1/2 C. Macadamia Nuts, Crushed
1/4 C. Panko Breading
1 Tsp. Allspice
1 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
Honey
Season mahi mahi with salt and pepper. Mix together on a plate macadamia nuts, panko and allspice. Coat mahi mahi filets with this mixture. Put pressure on if needed to completely coat the filet. Heat peanut oil in a pan on the stove at medium heat. Place mahi mahi in pan. Cook until golden brown on each side, about 4 minutes each. Drizzle with honey before serving.
