Ultimate Loaded Mashed Potatoes

2 Medium Sized Baking Potatoes, Cubed with Skins On
1 1/2 Tsp. Sea Salt
1 1/2 Tsp. Crushed Black Pepper
1 C. Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. Butter
4 Slices of Bacon, Cooked until Crispy and Chopped
2 Tbsp. Fresh Chives, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. Milk

Place cubed potatoes in large pot of salted boiling water. Let cook on medium heat until soft and drain water. Reduce heat to low. Add salt, pepper, sour cream and butter. Mix thoroughly. Add bacon pieces, chives, garlic and shredded cheddar and mix once more.
 Finally, mix in milk to get potatoes nice and fluffy. I chose to top these will all the fillings as well. They were delicious!
