Bow Tie Pasta with Homemade Pesto

For the Pesto:
1 C. Basil Leaves, Packed
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Tbsp. Pine Nuts
1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Chop basil, garlic and pine nuts. Mix in to olive oil and Parmesan cheese. OR combine all ingredients in a food processor.

For the Pasta:
6 Oz. Bow Tie Noodles
3 Tbsp. Pesto
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 C. Feta Cheese Crumbles
1/3 C. Tomatoes, Chopped

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain water. Add pesto, olive oil, pepper, feta and tomatoes and mix together. Top with sliced grilled chicken. I had used an Italian dressing to marinade the chicken before grilling it, which worked well with the pasta.
