Lemon Basil Chicken

For the Chicken:
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Salt, Pepper
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Lemon, Sliced
1/4 C. Basil, Chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in large pan at medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until outside is golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Place in foil or oven safe pan. Spread garlic, lemon and basil over chicken. Use one of the slices of lemon to squeeze over the chicken. Cover with foil and cook chicken thoroughly for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breasts.
