Bacon Wrapped Loaded Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

4 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 C. Fresh Chives, Chopped
3-4 Large Chicken Breasts
Salt, Pepper
2 Slices of Bacon per Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese and the chives. Set aside. Slice the chicken breast down the side, but make sure not to cut all the way and split them in half. Stuff the chicken with the chive cream cheese. Wrap two pieces of bacon around each chicken breast. I prefer to cook my bacon until golden on the side that will be facing in, because otherwise it usually won't get very crispy. Cook for at least 35 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breasts. I chose to serve this dish with potato gnocchi gratin and dill pickle kohlrabi.
