Flourless Chocolate Cake, White Chocolate Whipped Cream, Cherry Bourbon Ravioli & Spun Sugar

For the White Chocolate Whipped Cream:
8 Oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp. Sugar
4 Oz. White Chocolate, Melted

Using a hand mixer, whip cream until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and melted white chocolate and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until plating to serve.
