Gorgonzola Butter

1/3 C. Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place Gorgonzola, garlic and butter in oven safe ramekin. Place in oven until fully melted, about 15 minutes. Mix well before serving over/with steaks.
