Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

1/2 Lb. Mahi Mahi Filets
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tsp. Fresh Ginger, Minced
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Tsp. Coriander
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients. Marinate fish for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat pan on medium heat and fry fish (including marinade) for about 4-5 minutes per side until fish flakes easily. Remove from skillet. Reduce remaining marinade into a glaze for about 5-10 more minutes and spoon over fish before serving. Serve with Sauvignon Blanc.
