White Wine and Swiss Cheese Fondue

1/2 Lb. Swiss Cheese, Shredded
1/2 Lb. Fontina Cheese, Shredded
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 C. Dry White Wine
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Brandy
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Tsp. Coriander
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Allspice
Coat cheese with cornstarch. Over medium heat in fondue pot/crock pot add wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer. Gradually add cheese. Continuously stir until cheese is melted and smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve with dipping sides such as tenderloin medallions, tomatoes, pea pods, carrots, bread, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.
