Sloppy Janes

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 lb. Turkey
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tbsp. Coriander
1/2 Tbsp. Ancho Chili Spice
Pinch of Salt/Pepper
1 10 oz. can Tomato Soup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Jalapenos, Diced
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1/3 C. Yellow Onion, Diced
1/4 C. Brown Sugar

Dill Pickle Slices


Add olive oil and turkey to a medium sized skillet. Add garlic, paprika, coriander, ancho chili, salt, and pepper. Break up turkey while cooking, until turkey has been cook through and is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on rolls and top with pickle slices.
