Spaghetti & Meatballs
For the Meatballs:
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil + extra
1/3 C. Yellow Onion, Diced
Salt
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/2 Lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Lb. Ground Pork
1 Egg
1/4 C. Milk
1/2 C. Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 Tbsp. Parsley, dried

1/2 Lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Lb. Ground Pork

1/2 C. Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 Tbsp. Parsley, dried
1/2 Tbsp. Oregano, dried
2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flake
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Coat large pan with olive oil. Add onions and bring to a medium heat. Season with salt and let cook for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute for another minute or two. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine meat with remaining ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Shape meatballs into desired size. Coat saute pan with olive oil. Brown on all sides on medium-high heat. Place meatballs in oven for about 15 minutes. Service with pasta and pasta sauce.
