Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings

For the Wings:
1/3 C. Jamaican Jerk Spice (Recipe below)
1 lb. Chicken Wings
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 C. Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice

Lightly coat the wings with a small portion of the Jamaican Jerk spice. Brown wings on medium heat. Place remainder of ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on high for at least four hours. If desired, brown once more before serving for a crispy skin.

These can also be soaked in all ingredients for at least 8 hours and put on the grill afterwards, instead of using the slow cooker.

For the Jamaican Jerk Spice:
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp. Dried Thyme
3 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 Tsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1 1/2 Tsp. Coriander
1 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flake
1 Tsp. Paprika
1 Tsp. Allspice
1 Tsp. Black Pepper

Combine all ingredients.
