Simple Gluten Free Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

1 C. Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 Large Eggs
2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
Pecans & Coconut (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients. Pour batter into a greased muffin tin. Add toppings and place in oven for 13-14 minutes.
