Tomato Basil Gnocchi

1 Package Gnocchi, cooked according to package directions

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
6 Oz. Tomato Paste
8 Oz. Heavy Cream
2 Tsp. Oregano, Dried
1/2 Fresh Basil, Chopped
Salt/Pepper to Taste

Heat olive oil on medium. Add garlic and onion and let saute for about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and cream and combine thoroughly. Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for 15 minutes. Add more salt/pepper as desired. Try topping with crispy pancetta!
