Spinach, Tomato & Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast


2 Chicken Breast, Pounded Flat, Butterflied
1/2 Tbsp. Papika
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
1/3 C. Tomato, Chopped
1/3 C. Spinach, Chopped
1/4 C. Feta Cheese
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Pat chicken breasts dry. Combine paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with seasoning. Combine remaining ingredients with the exception of the olive oil. Place inside butterflied chicken breast. Place on oven safe pan and coat with olive oil. Place in oven for 45 minutes.
