Grilled Pizza

For the Crust:
2 1/2 C. Flour
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 Envelope Instant Dry Yeast
1 C. Hot Water
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Combine flour, garlic, onion powder, salt, sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Add water and beat until the dough forms a ball. If it is too sticky, add flour, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Coat with olive oil. Let rest for at least 30 minutes.

For the Sauce:
1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
16 Oz. Tomato Sauce
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Dried Basil
1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
1/2 Tsp. Dried Marjoram
1/2 Tsp. Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1/2 Tsp. Dried Rosemary
1/2 Tsp. Sugar
Pinch of Black Pepper and Sea Salt

Over medium heat, heat oil in saucepan until hot. Add garlic and let saute for 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cover and bring to a boil. Uncover, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Toppings:
1 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 C. Yellow Onions, Caramelized if preferred
1 Italian Sausage, Cooked through and sliced
1/3 C. Cherry Tomatoes, Cut in half
Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
Fresh Basil

Directions:Heat grill to high heat. Place a piece of foil down. Lightly coat with flour. Roll dough thin onto the floured foil. Place on grill for about 5 minutes, until dough begins to become firm. Remove from foil and place directly on grill. Let cook until bottom begins to turn golden brown, then flip. Coat the cooked side with pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese, onions, Italian sausage, tomatoes and Mozzarella pearls. Cover grill. Remove once cheese has melted and bottom of crust is a golden brown to brown color, depending on preference. Top with fresh basil.
