Pizza Bites: Two Ways

For the Crust:
2 C. Flour
2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 C. Hot Water
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, garlic powder and onion powder. Add hot water. Form into a ball of dough. Should be firm, add more flour if needed. Coat with olive oil. Roll out dough and cut into one inch pieces. Form pieces into circles about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. I used a whoopie pie pan for shaping. Place in oven for 5-7 minutes, until starting to become golden brown. Remove from oven and coat with toppings. Place back in oven for another 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.

For the Toppings:
1 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 C. Yellow Onion, Chopped
1/4 C. Portabella Mushrooms, Chopped
1 Jalapeno, Chopped
Cheddar Cheese Slices
Pepperoni
Goat Cheese Crumbles

In a small pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, onions and mushrooms. Cook until onions become translucent, about 10-12 minutes. Use as toppings with goat cheese.
Use jalapeno, cheddar and pepperoni on the second half of pizza bites.
