Deep Fried Stuffing with Cranberry Brandy Old Fashioned Sauce

For the Stuffing:
3 C. Leftover Stuffing
1 Egg
1 C. Panko Bread Crumbs
1 C. Vegetable Oil

Combine stuffing and egg. Form into balls, about the size of golf balls. Coat in panko bread crumbs. Fry in deep fryer according to fryers instructions or pan fry in shallow pan on medium high heat, turning so that all sides brown. Exact temperature may vary based on specific stoves.

For the Cranberry Brandy Old Fashioned Sauce:
1/2 C. Water
1 C. Cranberries
1/2 Tbsp. White Sugar
1/2 C. Brandy
1/4 C. Corn Syrup
1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
1 Tsp. Bitters

Place water and cranberries in small pot and heat on medium. Let cranberries cook until they begin to pop. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Mush cranberries into water and strain mixture. Add cranberry liquid back to pot along with remaining ingredients. Increase heat to high and let reduce for about 15 minutes, or until reduced by about half and becomes a thick sauce like consistency. Serve with fried stuffing.
