Crispy Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

1/2 Lb. Brussel Sprouts, cut in half
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Tsp. Garlic
Salt, Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place brussels sprouts in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour olive oil mixture over brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Place brussel sprouts in oven safe pan and place in oven until well browned, approximately 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
