Endive Salad with Mango, Walnuts & Thai Sesame Vinaigrette

For the Dressing:
3 T Rice Vinegar
1 T Soy Sauce
1 T Sesame Oil
1 T Vegetable Oil
1/4 C Water
1/4 t Ground Ginger
1/4 t Garlic Powder

In a small bow, whisk together all ingredients.

For the Salad:
4 Endives, Leaves pulled apart
1/4 C. Walnuts
1/2 Mango, Cut into thin slices

Place all ingredients on small plate. Top with Thai Sesame Vinaigrette.
