1 C. Salsa
1 Lb Ground Turkey
1 Medium Red Onion
1/2 T Chili Powder
1/2 T Cumin
1 t Ancho Chili Powder
1 t Garlic Powder
1 t Paprika
1 t Cayenne Pepper
Salt, Pepper to Taste
8 Flour Tortillas
1 4 Oz. Can Green Chilies
1/2 C. Taco Sauce
1/2 C. Crumbled Queso Cheese
Cilantro, for Garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread salsa over the bottom of a 9 x 13' baking dish. Brown turkey with onions in large skillet over medium high heat. Drain any excess fat. Combine all spices and stir thoroughly into turkey and onions. Remove from heat. Evenly disburse ground turkey mixture among the tortilla wraps (one at a time). Roll tightly and place in baking dish seam side down. When finished, top with green chilies
, taco sauce and queso cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with cilantro before serving.
