Red Pepper Cream Steak Sauce

1 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 C. Chopped Yellow Onion
1/4 C. Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
1/3 C. Heavy Cream

Melt butter on medium heat in small sauce pan. Add onion and pepper and let saute until soft, about 7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes. Place in blender and puree until smooth.
