8 Oz. Shredded Mozarella Cheese
1 C. Butternut Squash, Cubed
1/4 Lb. Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled

In large bowl, combine flour, salt and garlic powder. In separate bowl, add yeast to warm water and mix a few times to combine, but not dissolve. Let sit for 5 minutes before adding to flour mixture. Knead dough into a ball, coat with olive oil and cover. Let rise for 30 minute to an hour.

With 10 minutes remaining for the dough to rise, preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Meanwhile, in two separate small saucepans, melt butter (2 Tbsp in one pan and 1 tbsp in the other) over medium heat. In the pan with 1 tbsp butter, add onion and leave to cook until caramelized. In the other pan, begin making sauce. Add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually, add milk, whisking to combine. Add salt, cayenne, garlic and basil. Let thicken before removing heat to low. Set aside.
Once onions have been caramelized, remove from heat as well.

Split dough in half and roll out dough to make two crusts.Let crust bake for about 10 minutes until beginning to become crispy and golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with sauce, mozzarella cheese, onion, butternut squash, bacon and rosemary. Return to oven for another 10 minutes, until cheese has become fully melted and begun to brown.
