Whole Rainbow Trout

2 Whole Rainbow Trout, Cleaned
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt, to taste
1 Lemon, Sliced
3 Tsp. Turmeric
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Pat trout dry. Season the inside with olive oil and salt. Place lemon slices inside. Combine Turmeric, garlic powder, and onion powder. Generously coat the outside of each trout. Heat vegetable oil in cast iron pan on medium-high. Pan fry until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side. 
Served with carrot puree and roasted purple potatoes.
