Low Country Boil
1/4 C. Old Bay Seasoning
4 Garlic Cloves, Peeled and Crushed
8 Blue Crabs
10 Purple Potatoes
4 Ears of Corn, Cut into Thirds
1 Lb. Kielbasa Sausage
1 Lb. Shrimp
1 Lemon, Cut into 6 Pieces
Fill a large pot 3/4 full with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat. Add old bay, garlic cloves and blue crabs. Boil until crabs begin to turn red. Add potatoes and corn. Let boil for another 13 minutes before adding sausage and shrimp. Boil until shrimp are cooked through, about 3-5 more minutes. Drain and sprinkle on a dash extra of the Old Bay seasoning. Serve with lemons.
