Dalgona Coffee
Dalgona is the coffee beverage that originated in Korea and has gone viral via Tik Tok!
serves 1 (simply double for 2)
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. boiling water
1 glass full of almond milk over ice (or any milk/cream of your preference)
toppings of choice (I use chocolate granola)
Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl. Using a hand mixer, blend until mixture lightens in color to a golden brown and thickens to the consistency of whip cream. Serve over a glass of iced vanilla almond milk and top with granola (if using). The top coffee portion will be bitter, so mix into the almond milk before consuming.
