Homemade Tartar Sauce

1/2 c Mayonnaise (vegan mayo works great as well)
1 dill pickle, chopped (equivalent to about 1/4 c.)
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp capers, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste


Combine all ingredients. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Keep in an airtight container.
