Buffalo Chicken Tacos
1 Lb. Ground Chicken
1/4 C. White Onion, Chopped
9 Oz. Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
8 Corn Shells
1 Tomato, Diced
1 C. Ice burg Lettuce, Chopped
1/4 C. Feta Cheese, Crumbled
3 Tbsp. Ranch Dressing
Cook chicken on medium heat in medium-large saute pan until fully cooked through, about 15 minutes. Drain any fat from the pan. Add onion and cook for another 5 minutes, until onion is translucent. Add Frank's sauce to pan. Reduce head to medium-low and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on corn shells with tomato, lettuce, and feta. Drizzle ranch dressing to top.
