Brussel Sprout & Hot Honey Flatbread

For the Flatbread Preparation:
16 oz. prepared pizza dough
cream cheese sauce (see below)
1 c. chopped brussel sprouts
8 oz. precooked bacon, chopped
1-2 tbsp. hot honey (see below)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out pizza dough into desired shape. Place in oven for 5-10 minutes until edges start becoming golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients. Once it has cooled a bit, evenly spread a layer of the parmesan cream cheese sauce on top of the flat bread. Generously top with brussel sprouts, then bacon. Place back in the oven until brussel sprouts have cooked through, and bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes. Drizzel with hot honey before serving.

For the Parmesan Cream Cheese Sauce:
1 c. whipped cream cheese
1/3 c. shredded parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. parsley (fresh or dry), chopped
1 tbsp. water
salt, to taste

Combine all ingredients. Store in refrigerator until needed.

For the Hot Honey:
1/2 C. Honey
1 tbsp. Cayenne Sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper powder (optional)

In a small saucepan, heat honey on medium low until it becomes a thin consistency. Add caynne sauce and powder. Mix well. Allow to cool. Store remaining honey in an air tight container.
