Caramelized Honey Siracha Brussel Sprouts & Sweet Potatoes

1/2 lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
2 Sweet Potatoes, Cut in to small cubes
5 tbsp butter, melted (can use plant based butter as substitute)
2 tbsp dark honey
1 1/2 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp garlic powder
salt, pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine butter, honey, sriracha, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  • Reserve 1 tablespoon of the sriracha honey butter and drizzle the remainder over the brussels and sweet potatoes.
  • Roast for 15 minutes. Stir and continue roasting an additional 10-15 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  • Place on a serving plate and drizzle with remaining sriracha butter.
