Pesto Cavatappi
8 oz. Cavatappi Noodles
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/4 C. Yellow Onion, Chopped
1/3 C. White Wine
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/3 C. Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp. Butter

4 Tbsp. Pesto
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 C. Small Yellow Tomatoes, Sliced in Half

Cook pasta according to directions on package.
Meanwhile, melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic and onions and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add the white wine and lemon juice and reduce for 3 minutes. Add cream and reduce for another 4 minutes before mixing in the pesto. Drain the pasta and add to the pesto mixture. Plate and top with shredded cheese and tomatoes.
